T-Shirts, Pamphlets, Website designs, and more
If you would want to use my brushes say on a public website or on a t-shirt, first of all make sure that it is NOT being used commercially/related commercially. For example if you were selling t-shirts then you may not use the brushes on them, or if you were creating designs for a web page for profit you may not use them.
When i say related, i mean that if my brushes were used lets say for example a pamphlet that says "COME BUY OUR STUFF LOL" you may not use them. The pamphlet ITSELF was not being sold, but it was used in a commercialy way.

Redistribution
Under the creative commons license, you may freely redistribute my brushes.
However, there are some restrictings i am imposting. For example, if you were putting my brushes up for download to USE in a commercial related situation, that would violate my policy and you may not use the brushes.
No credit is required, but please have a heart and try to slip my name in there.

Converting Brushes
Few would like to undertake this task now a days, but there are some. If you would like to convert my brushes for use in another program that would be wonderful.
I am very flexible on this rule, but if you post these available for public use you must attribute the original author credit to me. You may take full credit for the conversion.

Money money money...
Using my resources to gain a profit? Read on.
Using for commercial (Money) gain
If you are using my brushes for profit (Money) then i either require credit, or you may follow the policy bellow this one. If no credit or permission request is given i will see that your content is removed and that (Depending on what it was used for) compensation be given.
If the total profit of said commercial gain is above $100, then i require you pay $10, plus an additional $10 for every hundred made afterwards.
On dA Prints... If you make over $100 then perhaps you could send me a lovely print to make me forget all about money!
For those who refuse to give credit
INDIVIDUALS
If you are in a situation where you refuse to give credit on commercial items then i offer you a choice. $15 dollars USD must be attributed to my name PER BRUSH SET you use on said commercial item.
BUSINESSES / SMALL ORGANIZATIONS
If you are in a situation where you refuse to give credit on commercial items in a large business, small organization, etc. please contact me so we may work out a price together.
